Welcome to my online gallery! I'm a scientist (biotech) by training, and I've always had an interest in nature and wildlife photography and more recently, videography. I live on Bainbridge Island, a 35 minute ferry ride due west from downtown Seattle. My photography and videography mostly focuses on wildlife portraiture and behavior, but I occasionally will post other themes here. My number one goal is to present you with an intimate, personal experience with the subject of each photo & video - as if you were standing there yourself. I hope your emotional response to my images is at least as powerful as mine was when I released the shutter...
